Shipping methods

Freight cost is informed via e-mail after you end your order on our web-site. The cost depends on order weight and destination, as well as the type of shipment was chosen. We have contract with federal government's Brazil Postal Service and offer two shipping options:

REMESSA AO EXTERIOR/MODO EXPRESSO (EMS Mercadoria): immediate forwarding method. Track&trace internet service is available for most countries in the world. Delivery may take up to 10 days (*).

If you prefer Federal Express, ask for FedEx International Priority®'s cost after you've finished your order. Its cost may be up to 100% higher than EMS Mercadoria's.

REMESSA AO EXTERIOR/MODO ECONÔMICO: Lower cost than EMS. Delivery may take up to 25 weekdays (*).

(*) Those deadlines are informed on Brazilian Post's web-site. Deadline may be increased because of your country's customs fortuitous delay.
